We offer software development, customer support, digital marketing, overseas education consulting and career mentoring. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate written proposal, quote or agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into a paid engagement. Parents or legal guardians may engage us on behalf of a minor for education services.

You agree not to:

• Use the website or services for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or copy content without written permission.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Upload malware or interfere with the operation of the service.

Fees, payment schedules and taxes are set out in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 15 days of issue. Late payments may attract interest and suspension of ongoing work.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, code samples and design — is owned by Allzone or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. Deliverables under a client engagement are governed by the applicable service agreement; unless stated otherwise, ownership transfers upon full payment.

Our website and services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (universities, payment gateways, cloud providers, AI providers). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties.

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep information accurate and services reliable, we do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from harmful components. Educational outcomes, admission results, exam outcomes and marketing performance depend on many external factors and cannot be guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allzone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Allzone harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or services at any time for breach of these Terms or for legal reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
